    Each session will be tailored to your needs and desires. We can tackle big problems, small problems, or focus on goals, relationships, wellness, mental fitness, and anything else you want to work on together. Sessions will be 40-60 minutes and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, or as needed.
